Export Terms

We will ship your vehicle by the very first available ship after confirming your final payment. We accept both T/T's (Telegraphic Transfer) & L/C's (Letter of Credit). Currently we accept only Japanese YEN & do not accept any credit cards.

2. If you wish to deal on T/T terms we need to recieve C&F value within 4 business days(according to Japanese calender) since the day you made the successfull bid. If you wish to buy only one unit your advance payment of \100,000(for bidding) will be deducted from C&F value & will have to pay the rest.
C&F(or CIF) value is calculated acording to following formula. FOB price of the unit will be simply,
FOB Value = Successfull bid value + \100,000 C&F Value = FOB Value + Freight CIF Value = FOB Value + Freight + Insurance
To see the freight for your desired port please click here. We advice that you handle Insurance with your local Insurarance agent.
Above \100,000 will iclude all local expenses(In Japan) like Auction Fees, Local transportation, Deregistration & Document Translation charges, Custom duty, any other expenses if relevent & Our commission
Inorder to expedite the process please send us a photocopy of relevent T/T document through fax or as an image file through email.

3. If you wish to deal on L/C terms intrest will be charged. In this case FOB value will be same as above & C&F value will be, C&F Value = FOB Value + Freight Price + Interest Interset = C&F Value * (Credit Period in Days * 0.09%) Credit Period Is number of days, starting from bought date to date of ship leaving the port, but excluding those two days.
For example Lets say, You made a suucessfull bid for a pertiqular unit on 7th August & C&F Value is \400,000 & ship leaves on 30th August. Credit Period is calculated starting from 8th August(excluding 7th) up to 29th August (excluding 30th)which is 22 days.

Interset = \400,000 * (22*0.09%) = \6160
&will be round off to next \1,000 thus Actual Interest for above example will be \7000. Even on L/C terms plase not that total amount has to be realized in our account before 4 working days prior to the date of ship leaving the port.

Freight is calculated on volume of the vehicle(in Cubic meters) & destination port & charged in US $'s.

FREIGHT = Volume of vehicle(In M3) * Freight rate to destination port(In US $)

For example, If you want to ship a SEDAN CAR to COLOMBO(Sri Lanka) port Freight will be as follows. Size of Sedan Car = 9.5 M3, Freight rate = US$ 63 Per M3

FREIGHT = 9.5 x 63 = US$ 598.5

Average cubic volumes (M3) for mostly exported vehicle types
SEDAN TYPE    9.5 M3 LOWROOF BUS    30 M3
TOWNACE VAN    13 M3 HIROOF BUS    35 M3
