2.What currency(ies) do you accept?
Currently we accept only Japanese yen(JPY). We do not accept any credit cards.

3.What I'm to do if required information is not written in the auction report?
Depending on your country you may need to know exactly certain information about yourinterested vehicle. However if your required information is not listed please dont take any risk & drop that unit. Since there are thousands of vehicles being traded everyday you can easily find some other unit that satisfies your interests.

4.Can I cancell a bid?
You can cancell your bid before the auction date, but not during auction date.

5.I do not have fax/IDD telephone line. Still will it be possible to do a bussiness with you smoothly?
Yes, you need not hesitate at all. We prefer e-mails rather than fax/phone because its faster, easier, economical & can keep a past record.
